Hello, I’m Rita.
Charlie & Mia’s Barkery is named after my two beautiful and very energetic fawn pugs, Charlie and Mia. Their mum is Ruby, and together we live in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.
Like many dog owners, my dogs are truly my fur children. They bring so much love and joy into my life, and their unconditional love inspired me to create something special just for dogs.
Charlie & Mia’s Barkery began with a simple goal — to provide natural, high-quality treats that dogs genuinely enjoy, while supporting local businesses wherever possible.
From the beginning, I wanted to offer treats made with quality ingredients, free from unnecessary preservatives and additives, and available at a reasonable price for fellow dog lovers.
What started as a small idea quickly grew thanks to the wonderful support of our customers and their fur babies. The positive feedback from happy dogs and their owners continues to inspire me every day.
I love meeting customers and their dogs at local markets around Toowoomba and our surrounding region. It’s always a joy to see dogs enjoying their treats and to chat with other people who love their pets as much as I do.
